Extended rental packages for companies operating in Ukraine: one monthly invoice covers the vehicle, the scheduled servicing and a written replacement decision window.

Maintenance and replacement terms

Scheduled servicing is built into the monthly rate

The intervals below apply to every vehicle under a monthly fleet contract. Work is booked at partner hubs in Kyiv, Lviv and Dnipro, and service days do not shorten the billing period.

  1. Every 10,000 km or 6 months

    Engine oil, filters and brake inspection

    Scheduled within 5 working days of the interval flag on the contract dashboard.

    Tyre rotation and wheel geometry check

    Reported on the same service sheet as the oil change, with the alignment reading logged.

    Brake pads and discs assessed

    Inspection is included. Replacement parts beyond the wear limit are rechargeable at the agreed rate card.

    Technical inspection coordination

    We book the slot, deliver the vehicle and return it to the assigned driver.

Rates are indicative, quoted in UAH excluding VAT, and include scheduled maintenance at the stated interval. Terms are fixed in the signed contract.

Minimum term is 12 months for every class. Insurance is subject to policy terms, exclusions and an excess. Request a class-specific quote.

Contract conditions

What the monthly contract covers, and what it does not

Three status groups run across the whole contract: included, conditional and excluded. Anything conditional needs written approval before the work is booked.

Insurance cover is subject to policy terms, exclusions and an excess, and not all damage, loss or liability is covered. Replacement timing depends on hub availability at the time of the request. Full wording is held in the rental terms.
